- Due to the perishable nature of saffron corms and the various environmental factors that can affect their growth, we do not accept returns or refunds on saffron corms once they have been shipped from side and received at your end.
- Exceptions: If you receive corms that are visibly damaged upon arrival (e.g., crushed, severely rotten) and you notify us within 48Hrs of receipt with photographic evidence, we may, at our discretion, offer a replacement or a partial refund on a case to case basis.
- Viability Guarantee: We take utmost care in selecting and packaging healthy corms. However, we cannot guarantee the growth or yield of the corms after planting due to factors beyond our control, such as soil conditions, climate, planting techniques, and pest management. - For in-person consultations, cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled appointment may be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling, subject to availability.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of 25%.
